1. What is Quirky Masala?

We are an e-commerce store based in California that sells trendy lifestyle goods and apparel. We operate out of Los Angeles, Bangkok, Shanghai and Bangalore. 

2. Where do you get your products from?

All over the world. China, Thailand, India, the UK, Canada and some even right here in the United States. 

3. How Long Does Shipping Take?

Depending on the product, usually between 15 and 20 business days.  Sometimes quicker, occasionally a few days longer.   

4. Why Does It Take So Long?

We work with hand-picked designers and suppliers we know from years living abroad.  Some products are sourced directly from overseas, others are in high demand. In order to keep our prices low we are constantly scouring the globe for suppliers and merchants we love. 

5. What's the Quirky Masala Return Policy?

We have the full link here.  However if customers are not satisfied with any product they can return it to us minus any postage charges within 5 days of receipt of the item. 

Damaged products should have a photo emailed to us and we will issue a refund upon receipt of the item. 

6. Can You List My Product?

Please email sales@quirkymasala.com with all the relevant details. 

7. How Do I Track my Order?

You can use input your tracking code into our 17track partner site (irrespective of shipping company)

8. Can I get a free product in exchange for social media exposure?
